Prayer Guide for Conference, Days 8-13

Day 8(Oct 22):

Pray for the hotel staff to be blessed by our presence.

Psalm 19:14 May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, O LORD, my Rock and my Redeemer.
Day 9(Oct 23):

Pray for our speaker Lisa Harper to hear clearly every word she is to speak to us at the conference.

Isaiah 30:21 Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way; walk in it.”

Day 10(Oct 24):

Pray for Kathleen Carnali (worship leader) and the worship team as they prepare for conference.

John 4:24 God is Spirit, and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth.

Day 11(Oct 25):

Pray for our workshop leaders to receive wisdom for their classes.

Ephesians 1:17 I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better.

Day 12(Oct 26):

Pray for the actual teaching of the workshop leaders to fall like rain.

Deuteronomy 33:2-3 Let my teaching drop as the rain, my speech distill as the dew, as raindrops on the tender herb, and as showers on the grass. For I proclaim the name of the LORD: ascribe greatness to our God.

Day 13(Oct 27):

Pray for the conference committee to be strengthened for the work at hand.

Nehemiah 6:9 For they were trying to make us afraid, saying, “Their hands will be weakened in the work, and it will not be done.” Now therefore, O God, strengthen my hands.
